As an Administrative Assistant at Granite Financial Partners, Sara Hardy is dedicated to ensuring every client feels heard, valued, and understood. She believes that clear and thoughtful communication is key to building trust, making it her mission to eliminate jargon and create meaningful connections. “Too often in business, we speak in jargon,” Sara explains. “It’s important within communication to strive to be understood and not bury words in professional lingo.”
Sara’s background in Architectural History has given her a unique perspective on financial planning—just like architectural design, financial strategies must be tailored to fit the client’s needs. At GFP, she uses this mindset to support the team, refine processes, and help create financial plans that are as structured and intentional as a well-designed blueprint.
Before joining GFP, Sara worked at a design firm and later served as an office manager at Fairhurst and Cohen Tax Services, where she gained invaluable experience in financial services. Discovering a passion for the industry, she is now actively expanding her Knowledge by pursuing her Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC®) designation.

Outside of GFP, Family is at the heart of Sara’s life. She cherishes time with her husband and daughter and is deeply committed to giving back to her community, serving as a youth leader at her church. A woman of many talents, Sara is also a published children’s author and accomplished fine artist, using creativity as a way to inspire and uplift others.
